In today's rapidly evolving tech-driven job market, the academic infrastructure in many institutions remains outdated. Our program focuses on bridging this gap by aligning college training with industry skill requirements. We strive to reach underserved beneficiaries, aiming to cultivate a generation of skilled innovators.
By enhancing workforce readiness and providing relevant skills, we prepare students to meet the dynamic demands of modern careers, ensuring they are equipped to thrive in a competitive environment. Our efforts are dedicated to building a robust, future-ready workforce
Our Approach
Our program equips students with essential future skills and technical expertise in emerging technologies to enhance their career readiness. We focus primarily on Tier-2, and Tier-3 colleges, incorporating hyper-local projects, boot camps, hackathons, and industry expert interactions to foster an entrepreneurial spirit. The program offers tracks in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Web Design, relevant technologies of IR 4.0 and 5.0 inclusive of soft skills allowing colleges and universities to select based on their needs.
By training both students and faculty, we employ a two-pronged approach to create a multiplier effect and maximize the program's impact.

Online Learning with the Council for Skills and Competencies(CSC)
CSC offers online learning leveraging trainers from across the Globe. Our courseware is available 24/7 to learners, with volunteer support from Tech Giants and NGOs from cities across India and the Globe.
The country boasts one of the youngest workforces globally but faces a significant skills gap for future jobs, with a pronounced gender disparity in STEM careers. To address this challenge and transform it into an opportunity, this program aims to equip women and persons with disabilities (PwD) with future skills and encourage their pursuit of tech careers.
