At the Council for Skills and Competencies (CSC), we strive to provide quality services to all our members and stakeholders. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and related procedures for services offered through our platform.

  1. Cancellations

2.1 Memberships and Subscriptions

  • Memberships and subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days of the date of payment.
  • Requests for cancellation must be submitted via email to support@cscindia.org.in with proof of payment and details of the service.

2.2 Training Programs and Events

  • Cancellations for training programs or events are allowed up to 5 days before the event start date.
  • Cancellation requests made after this period will not be eligible for refunds.
  1. Refunds

3.1 Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellation requests as specified above.
  • The amount refunded will exclude any processing fees or administrative charges incurred.

3.2 Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refunds will be provided for services already delivered, partially utilized, or in cases of user non-compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Donations or contributions made to CSC are non-refundable.

3.3 Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

    • Contact Information
    • Transaction ID or Invoice Number
    • Reason for Cancellation/Refund
